Content Creation 101

Essentials for a home recording studio | Guides | BandLab Blog

When people think content creation, most people think of YouTube and being a famous.

But I see it as so much more…

Creating content is so much more than film something, upload it and waiting for the millions of views to roll in.

Creating content is when someone gets to let their inner creative out, its knowing how certain algorithms work, it’s understanding the logistics of view retention, video tags, etc

Not only is content creation a passion of mine but I’ve been lucky enough to make it my job. I am a video editor and TikTok manager for YouTube creators

A Chronological History of Social Media

Content creation can happen anywhere and on many different platforms. TikTok and Instagram for shorter videos and YouTube for longer videos
But no matter the platform you go to, they all have their own little categories of content. They range from gaming, cooking, documentaries and many more.

I’d say my niche is very broad in the way that I enjoy all content creation. I’ve done it all TikToks, Podcasts, funny YouTube videos, serious videos, digital art and many more.

As of right now, I work with a well established YouTuber who wants to get into the TikTok sphere to grow their audience, my plan is to help him and in doing so understand the TikTok world and algorithm more so that I can help us expand our audience

He already knows how to and does utilise all his other platforms so we don’t need to work anymore there but because TikTok is such a powerhouse for creator growth we’ve made that our next challenge to tackle.
