After the end of the first pitch I got feedback saying to scrap the idea of streaming and reviewing certain games and after some quick deliberation I realized that streaming certain games from two different eras was a waste of time.
After playing some games and finalizing my final opinion on the topic at hand, I had to begin my research. At first there was a struggle on what to look into and where I should be going to find articles but then I realized I needed to add more to the video essay, so I decided I am going to elaborate in the video more on the topic of “Do Video Games Suck?” and look into why some people may come across that opinion.
I researched game publishers and looked at forums written by game developers and started to obtain some answers that I will bring up when the time is right in the video essay.
I am still in the works of finalizing the title to match the algorithm and help reach the maximum chance that I get in the recommended tab but on top of that when having an online presence you need to keep up that presence especially on YouTube so over this semester I’ve had to put out little videos here and there to keep the current subscribers engaged and entertained whilst I work on this project, I also exclaimed to twitter telling people that follow me that a big project was in the works that is different to what is normal uploaded to the channel and had some good support behind it
