8 Useful TikTok Marketing Tactics

TikTok is a powerhouse, it’s algorithm is forever evolving and its potential for creator growth is phenomenal. It’s both amazing and terrifying at the same time.

This app creates, expands and eveolves creators in ways we’ve never seen before in this “influencer generation” and my goal is to help the creator I work with tackle it and use it to help us grow.

What is TikTok?

TikTok is a short-form, video-sharing app that allows users to create and share 15-second videos, on any topic and the way TikTok has laid out its app makes it really easy for people to spend hours upon hours on the app as well as helps creators push out more content to audiences with their “For you Page” and algorithm they use to suggest videos.

It has super simplistic and easy to navigate video creation tools that makes it easy for anyone to begin making content on the app and with the ability to never stop scrolling the app giving you endless content to watch is why it is so universally loved and consumed by almost everyone you’d know.

As of right now, the creator I work with have a certain cycle on how things are produced.

First he records, send me the footage, I edit it, he revises it then we upload to YouTube on a scheduled day. Then when the video goes up I go into the project file for the video and use what content we have there, find the best moment and put into a format that corresponds well with the TikTok platform.

TikTok is a new platform with an algorithmic that is hard to learn but it seems though, once you understand it you can really do well and essentially make yourself be on the “For You Page” without fail. If Tranium and I start to struggle with growth, I have a friend who is a TikTok strategist who said will help out with tags and whatever else we can do to help with growth.
